Campobello Island is one of the many islands on the Bay of Fundy. At 70 sq. km, it is one of the larger islands. Two of the island’s most popular sites include the Roosevelt Campobello International Park, the former summer home of President and Mrs. Roosevelt, and East Quoddy Lighthouse.
Campobello can be reached by taking the Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial Bridge at Lubec, Maine, or by taking two ferries – one from mainland New Brunswick to Deer Island, and then a second ferry to Campobello Island.
I suppose calling this the Campobello Island Ferry Terminal might be a stretch, but this is exactly what it is on Deer Island, just past the U.S. Customs office.
